As a listing agent our goal is to get the highest price the market is willing to pay with the lowest seller concessions. Every buyer & Seller contract is different in its own unique way. Our job as your listing agent is not always focused on the highest price rather the best situation for the sale of your home. This could including picking an established lender who does thier due diligence in Pre-Approving buyers preventing any issues later in the process. LRG agents will present recommendation in negocaiting acceptable sales price which you as our client are in agreement with. Our services as listing agent include negociating sellers concessions for repairs, assistance for buyers closing expenses & home warranties if any. All these concessions can affect your net proceeds from sale of your home. The objective in sale of your home is not the highest sales price but maximizing net proceeds from sale. .
